One of the common use cases for Generative AI is the build of (much better) Chat Bots.

Historically (non-Gen AI) bots have been quite poor. The User Experience was mostly terrible, even when the functional outcome (particularly in terms of cost per interaction) has been good.

Gen AI based Chat Bots are considerably better, this is because at their architectural core they are fundamentally different (I will not get into the weeds here).

Below are some examples of Bots.
